AYO Labs is a forward-thinking and fast-growing manufacturer of personal care products, specializing in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) services for emerging and leading brands in the health and beauty industry. We offer tailored manufacturing solutions to meet the unique needs of each client and are excited to extend our services to a diverse range of product creators.
Founded in 2022, AYO Labs is proud to be New York City’s only beauty and health contract manufacturing company, created in partnership with the Brooklyn Navy Yard and the City of New York to support brands ready to scale.
With a 25,000 sq. ft. flagship facility opening in 2026 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and an operational facility in Newark, New Jersey, AYO Labs offers state-of-the-art manufacturing, strategic proximity, and unmatched speed-to-market.
Our turnkey capabilities enable us to manage the entire process—from concept to fulfillment—all under one roof, making us the ideal partner for both growth-stage and established brands. Designed with flexibility, scalability, and automation at its core, our advanced facility ensures we deliver the highest standards of quality, consistency, and operational efficiency at every stage of production.
